After multiple phone calls and trips to Reynella Mazda still waiting for new sun visor from Mazda, ordered 19/10/23. Mazda said they could not order until they had a photo. Apparently they don’t know what sun visor or part book is.
Other than this debacle have been good to deal with

Tested drive a 2012 86, after test drive he asked me the reason why don’t want to buy it directly.
I said that this one is older than I think as just test drive a 2014 one and looks with lot better condition.
And he asked me why I test drive it when know it’s 2012…when I intend to leave he won’t let me and need to give him a reason that I drive his car and don’t want to buy it.
PS: please clean your test drive car properly regardless the year of it, my hands get dirty on the steering wheel!
Best Mazda dealership. Fixed my car free(under warrently) no drama. when I had a problem, only thing they said to me is: your car is under warrently, we will fix it.
Starting coming here after multiple really bad experiences at Edwardstown Mazda….after trying to get through to parts today, multiple times - finally got through to Renae (or a name similar to that?) in servicing - was not a professional phone call at all….to be laughed at on the phone for a simple question isn’t very nice & I’m quite disgusted. Hopefully you can redeem yourselves as I have had a really good experience up until today.
Everyone at Mazda Reynella has been kind and welcoming to us, in every interaction we've had with them. We have had a couple of repairs done here, and their customer service is second to none.

WORST NEW CAR EXPERIENCE ever! I love my Mazda and this is currently my third. I bought my previous two cars at Edwards Town Mazda, two wonderful experiences I would recommend to anyone. Due to Reynella Mazda being closer that I would make my purchase here. The customer service was appalling and far from professional, from the their condescending manner when speaking to me. I was told initially the car would be ready in 3wks, 2 months later they tell me no one told me that and that someone would call me when my car was ready to be picked up - which was a lie. Shortly later, I get bombarded with missed calls and text messages about where I was and that my car was ready to be picked up an hour ago, despite never actually having the day, date or time ever confirmed. They adamantly attempted to convince me they rang me and made it out as though I was at fault, which was pretty bold considering that this day and age smartphones log all your call history that clearly showed no calls or messages… Then when I finally went in to pick up my car, the staff deliberately ignored me and didn’t even my registration paper sorted. They hadn’t prepared the car for pick up at all. They were so rude. So disappointing, given that buying a brand new car should be exciting and positive experience. I love Mazda, but never again Reynella Mazda.
A couple of weeks ago we were having trouble with the battery in our BT50 2 days in a row it went flat, as the vehicle is still under warranty, and we're traveling in our van, I phoned Mazda Reynella, and a lovely lady by the name of Jen answered I explained our predicament and she said with no hesitation to bring the vehicle in they would need to test it and we can supply a courtesy car for you to explore the area while you wait ,within the hour and a half, the battery definitely needed replacing. Job done with such friendly service Thanks Jen and Megan for your outstanding friendly customer service
